New Life Associates is a team of physicians dedicated to meeting the unique and varying medical needs of women.  Since 1987, we have been committed to caring for our patients from adolescence to the mature generation. Because New Life Associates is located at Hendricks Regional Health, we offer many services and tests under the same roof.  These include state-of-the-art digital mammography, lab testing, and many other services.

Appointments
Office visits are by appointment only. When you schedule your first appointment, you will be sent a Registration Form which may be mailed back or brought with you when you come for your appointment. In addition, please bring your current insurance card.  

Referrals From Physicians
If your insurance is one which requires that you have a physician referral, and your physician has referred you here, it the patient's responsibility to have the physician referral with you. We will not be able to see you without this referral.
